LDS British Pageant: Truth Will Prevail

July 26-August 4, 2013

Unique opportunity to attend the first and possibly only LDS British Pageant: Truth Will Prevail!  This pageant features local Saints portraying the magnificent conversions of thousands of souls in the mid-1800s as the Lord called missionaries from the US to spread the restored gospel to those longing for truth.  Celebrate the Apostle Missionaries & their unshakable converts at this magnificent event!

LDS Church history in England & Wales is certainly unique and our veteran British church history tour guides are who you want to experience it with!  Richard Lambert and Bill Rowley offer unique knowledge, access, and contacts to provide the best experience that no other group can offer!  These men are expert church history guides with many years of tour guide experience.  As well as having served missions in England, Richard & Bill have invested immense personal time researching the LDS historical sites in this region including all things related to it.  Richard is a biographer and scholar of the King James Bible Translators and is Vice Chairman of Mormon Historical Sites Foundation.  As such, his insights and knowledge will greatly enhance this experience.

This tour truly offers a once-in-a-lifetime experience you will never forget as you share in the many amazing miracles which led to the right atmosphere to bring about the Restoration of the gospel.  You will relive incredible LDS missionary miracles in England and Wales where thousands were converted by early apostles and then streamed across the ocean to shore up the Church in Nauvoo at a crucial time of great apostasy.  Learn more about the trials and triumphs of faithful Apostles John Taylor, Wilford Woodruff, Brigham Young, Parley P. Pratt, Heber C. Kimball, Orson Pratt, George A. Smith, and Willard Richards.

Hear recounted the miracles and marvelous harvests that took place at Benbow Farm, Herefordshire, Preston, London, and many more.  Conducted in the spirit of an uplifting gospel doctrine class, this tour will teach at the places where so many important early LDS Church events occurred.  Each day begins with a hymn and a prayer on the bus and ends the same way.  You will return with a greater understanding of the immense value of these faithful Saints and servants and of the restored gospel which they preached and you will be humbled and encouraged by the price they paid to lay the foundation.

You will also see where William Tyndale and the many other King James Bible translators lived, studied, did their important work of translating the Bible into English and were martyred for the cause.

"Breathtaking scenery, stunning miracles, amazing museums & castles, ancient sites, bounteous Early Apostle Missionary adventures, unsurpassed treachery toward Bible Translators, even intriguing romance--& so much more." Sound like the latest blockbuster hit? Even better!--it's true life!--YOU can EXPERIENCE the joy and excitement of this incredible history as our tour guides bring it all to life in a most inspiring way.
