Tour Member Profile

All of our tours have opportunities for tour members to participate in a variety of ways. The profile items in the table below help the tour hosts in making selections for the various participations.
You do NOT have to fill in any of the items below in order to go on a tour.

                                           Terms and Conditions
Registering puts your name provisionally on the tour you select, awaiting receipt of your deposit.  Your reservation is not in force nor do you have any contract obligations until a deposit of $100 per person is received.   When the deposit is paid a confirmation letter will be mailed to the address you provide acknowledging the payment, informing of the balance and the due date, usually six weeks before departure. 

If you cancel before the balance is due your deposit will be refunded if (1) the tour is not full or (2) someone takes your place.  If you cancel after air ticketing, and someone takes your place, we will refund the amount paid after deducting airline name change charges, if any.  If no one takes your place and we have turned away clients from a full tour, we will deduct all costs we cannot recover from the amount paid and refund the balance.
